Get ready for an authentic taste of the Caribbean as unit 23-24 has been taken over by Award Winning Tan Rosie until Sunday 22nd October!

As part of our Black History Month events, local mother and daughter team Monica and Lee, who formed Tan Rosie Foods in 2010, have brought an explosion of tastes into the Arcade inspired by Monica’s birthplace, the so-called ‘Spice Island’, Grenada.

Tan Rosie’s very own range of sauces, spice rubs and cookbooks are on sale, with plenty of ideas and inspiration to liven up your dishes. Their delicious products can be used for marinades, dressings and you can even spread them on toast!

In the pop-up shop you will find the full range of Tan Rosie products for sale, with special offers and advice aplenty.

There is also an interactive Black History food zone where you can learn all about the rich heritage and culture behind the flavours.
