Following its success as a porridge pop-up trike stall, founder Naomi Morris, who will now be joined in the venture by her brother James, an experienced barista, is expanding the concept to incorporate his specialist coffee and a lunchtime menu. With a continuation of healthy and sustainable wholesome ingredients, menu items will include homemade plant-inspired burgers with an oat grain pattie, topped with fresh salads, slaws and sauces.
