MEET THE MANAGER

Yvonne joined Great Western Arcade at the end of 2021 after a career in property management which began in Birmingham. She is passionate about the Arcade and its history, and loves to imagine all the visitors from years gone by.

In today’s Arcade, Yvonne’s favourite aspect is the uniqueness and diversity of the independent retailers. She is especially proud of our social enterprises such as @iammissmacaroon and @goodintentbar, which she describes as “hidden gems”.

There have been tough times for bricks-and-mortar retailers over the last couple of years, but Yvonne is optimistic that footfall will return to pre-pandemic levels soon. She is keeping her lips sealed, but has hinted that there are some exciting new tenants coming to the Arcade, and more great events on the way. We can’t wait!
