She is based in the management suite, located on the second floor at the Temple Row end of the Arcade. The Cushman & Wakefield Shopping Centre Management team is based in Birmingham and can be contacted on 0845 603 4450.
Gay works to provide a safe, friendly and secure environment in the Arcade. Trained in First Aid and Health & Safety, she is the first point of contact for all operational enquiries.
