Cushman & Wakefield is the managing agent for the Great Western Arcade and Gay Faulkner is the on site Centre Manager. She is based in the management suite, located on the second floor at the Temple Row end of the Arcade. The Cushman & Wakefield Shopping Centre Management team is based in Birmingham and can be contacted on 0845 603 4450.
Gay works to provide a safe, friendly and secure environment in the Arcade. Trained in First Aid and Health & Safety, she is the first point of contact for all operational enquiries.
